G4S Africa achieves Top Employer certificate 2016

For the fourth consecutive year, G4S Africa has achieved 'Top Employer' status from the Top Employers Institute for excellence in employee conditions.

The Top Employer status is based upon an external assessment across G4S's HR environment: strategy, policy implementation, monitoring and communication of employee conditions and development. The certification is awarded to organisations that achieve the highest standards of excellence for employee conditions.
Following validation and an external audit, performance scores are rated against an international standard and only employers that achieve the required level will qualify for certification and earn the right to call themselves one of the world's leading employers.
