New HR Director for Bilfinger

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE has appointed Michael Bernhardt, 48 to its Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2016.

Michael will assume responsibility for human resources and the function of HR Director, which had previously been held by Dr. Jochen Keysberg on an interim basis.

Michael Bernhardt joins the company from Covestro AG (formerly Bayer Material Science AG) where he held the same position.
Commenting on the appointment, Dr. Eckhard Cordes, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE said: "We are very pleased that we have managed to attract Michael Bernhardt, an experienced management personality who, in light of the repositioning of Bilfinger, will be able to dedicate all of his energy to the tasks in the area of human resources. Dr. Jochen Keysberg will concentrate on management of the Building and Facility business segment"
