Consulting, engineering and commissioning firm Syska Hennessy has announced the appointment of Christopher Walsh, an engineering and building automation veteran with over two decades of experience, as head of its global facilities management and commissioning (FMCx) practice.
Mr. Walsh previously served as Operations Manager with Syska's South-eastern United States critical facilities practice where he was responsible for infrastructure replacement and modernisation projects, and providing project management support for the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
With a wealth of consultant engineering as well as client-side experience, he is also credited with transforming the group's approach to project management through the introduction of new systems and processes that have helped to cement its reputation as a leading provider of engineering services focused on facilities management.
