Temco Facility Services UK completes MBO
Following Atalian's acquisition of Temco-Euroclean earlier this year and subsequent strategic review, Temco Facility Services has successfully completed a management buyout (MBO) of the UK business.
The MBO was led by UK Managing Director, Andrew Philpot. Effective as of 25th April 2016, it empowers each business to focus on its core strengths and deliver on their respective growth plans.

Since winning its first UK contract in 2001, Temco has systematically grown its client base into an enviable range of blue chip organisations. The underlying strength of the business was pivotal in securing finance to back the deal, and at a time when raising funds is not a given, this was no better reflected than in the fact that Temco were given a choice of funding options.
