Innovative Foodservice Delivery

The Food and Hospitality team at ISS UK were recently recognised for their contributions to innovation in the foodservice industry.

The Food Service Catey Awards, hosted by Caterer Magazine, celebrate contract catering employees across the UK. The award recognises the individuals, teams, and businesses shaping the foodservice industry.

ISS UK entered its new #BetterFood concept for the Foodservice Cateys Innovation category. The unique solution, developed for a professional services client, uses cutting-edge technology and intelligent information analysis to gain valuable client and customer feedback, ultimately improving retention and engagement. As further example of its success, the ISS #BetterFood concept will be rolled out to ISS' clients business across the United Kingdom.

Stephanie Hamilton, Managing Director of ISS UK Food and Hospitality, commented:
"I am very proud that our Food and Hospitality team has been recognised in the Innovation category. I believe this award demonstrates our clear strategy to bring innovation and fresh thinking to workplace dining and our success in doing just that."

The award is the second Foodservice 'Catey' gained by the ISS team. In 2015, ISS won the Training Category for its development of the ISS Academy of Excellence, a new training and apprenticeship programme with Leeds Academy.
