Colliers International India to Manage Luxury Residential Development

Emaar Properties has appointed Colliers International India's NCR FM team as sole provider of integrated asset and property management services at its 14,70,596 sq. ft. Palm Springs residential development in Gurugram; popular financial and technology hub located southwest of New Delhi.

The development, which comprises 225 apartments and 79 villas, was originally managed by JLL followed by Alpha G, who lost out in the most recent competitive selection.

Colliers has established a record of managing other properties for Emaar and DLF Ltd.
