Superstardom for ISS in the IAOP "Global Outsourcing 100"
ISS has achieved the highest possible rating for a sixth consecutive year during an annual assessment of leading outsourcing companies from all industries undertaken by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for its "Global Outsourcing Top 100" listing.

ISS was again designated a Super Star of the Global Outsourcing 100 - in recognition of consistently being ranked for more than 5 years and receiving stars in each of the following categories: Customer References, Size & Growth, Awards & Certifications, Programs for Innovations, and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility.

ISS's overall score was 7.33 out of 8, compared with the Global Outsourcing 100 list's 2018 average of 4.81.
Notably, the group scored the highest possible 8 out of 8 in Corporate Social Responsibility, compared with the industry average of 3.94, demonstrating ISS's strong performance as a responsible employer.

Evaluation of the 2018 Global Outsourcing Top 100 companies is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP appointed judges. The judging committee all have extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organisations.
The pool of candidates is selected from global outsourcing leaders from all industries. Other leading brands included in the listings, are Accenture, Deloitte and KPMG (amongst others).
