Getronics Announces Senior Appointment

Getronics has appointed Paul Fox, former CEO of its UK and international business units, to the position of Global Head of Sales. Paul will assume responsibility for all sales functions at Getronics which recently acquired Pomeroy to create a group with a projected turnover in excess of US$ 1 billion. Paul also becomes a member of Getronics' board of directors with immediate effect.

Paul who joined Getronics in October 2014 has also served as Global Business Development Director where he led the group's shift to digital solutions whilst managing its UK sales organisation in the capacity of CSO.

As CEO of Getronics' UK & International business units, he had overall responsibility for approximately 40 per cent of the company's worldwide revenue.

A veteran of technology sales, Paul has also previously held senior global positions with Samsung (6 years), and Lexmark (10 years).

Commenting on his new appointment, Paul said: "My focus at Getronics has been on helping both mid-market and enterprise companies use digital technology to support their business growth objectives. As Getronics' head of sales for UK & International, my primary focus has been on growth, and I look forward to bringing that experience to bear in my new and expanded role".
