ROC Award for OCS Lings Bar Hospital Team
The OCS cleaning team at Lings Bar Hospital in West Bridgford, Nottingham, has received a Recognition of Outstanding Care (ROC) Award from Nottinghamshire Healthcare.
The award is conferred on exceptional individuals and teams.
Specifically, judges look for service that excels at promoting patient comfort and satisfaction, and demonstrates courage, compassion, commitment, competence, and good communication.
Commenting, Petra Moss, managing director for OCS Healthcare and Education, said: "I am incredibly proud of the team's efforts at Lings Bar Hospital.
