WES Group-Incentive Tec Merger

UK FM services provider Incentive FM Group has announced it is to merge its latest M&E acquisition, Weston Electrical Services (WES) Group, with specialist M&E business, Incentive Tec,

The move will create a single building and M&E services company and enable Incentive Tec to offer clients a fully comprehensive range of technical, building maintenance and project management services through a single point of contact, including a range of specialist fire and security services that incorporates access control, fire systems installation and maintenance.

Incentive Tec will retain its strong focus on delivering technical multi-disciplined services in a highly compliant manner, operating on a 24/7 basis, with more than 170 multi-disciplined engineers providing mobile, resident and project services throughout the UK.

Incentive Tec will now operate from four regional offices in Kings Langley, Derby, Weston-super-Mare and Basildon.
