Call for Papers on Healthy Work Environments
The Journal of Corporate Real Estate (JCRE) is pleased to announce a call for papers for a special issue devoted to papers on the relationship between corporate and public real estate and healthy people, with a focus on healthy workplaces.

So far, the number of papers on this subject is limited. Nowadays healthy environments attract a growing attention, both from academics and practitioners, due to its impact on business benefits, end user satisfaction and wellbeing, productivity, sick leave and burn out.
The main aim of this special issue is to present current research on this topic, to explore the current body of knowledge, overlaps and gaps, and to define topics for further research and recommendations for practice.
Suggested CRE areas include:
• Healthy workplaces: concepts, models, tools
• The impact of the spatial lay-out, interior design, indoor climate, and other building characteristics
• The added value of healthy workplaces i.e. relationships between healthy workplaces and other values such as wellbeing, user satisfaction, productivity, sustainability, financial costs and benefits
• Healthy workplace management on different scale levels and CREM levels
• Healthy workplaces: concepts, models, tools
• The impact of the spatial lay-out, interior design, indoor climate, and other building characteristics
• The added value of healthy workplaces i.e. relationships between healthy workplaces and other values such as wellbeing, user satisfaction, productivity, sustainability, financial costs and benefits
• Healthy workplace management on different scale levels and CREM levels

The deadline for submissions is 15 December 2018
