ISS A/S has announced the acquisition of its interests in Argentina and Uruguay by a group of shareholders behind regional facility services provider, Grupo Serza.
Under the terms of the agreement which completed on 30 January, employees and customers will be transferred to the new owners on existing terms.
ISS has recently announced it intends to divest interests outside its core markets and focus on countries that offer opportunities for integrated facility service providers with global key account customers.
