A component of the new programme, Total Care, Unlocked, offers a selection of channel and, by extension, customer end benefits, including exclusive pricing offers across digital signage, LED, and Pro TVs, sales incentives and promotions, a discounted five-year product warranty, and commercial assistance – with the possibility to defer the start of payments for up to six months.

Franck Racape, Vice President, Philips PDS, EMEA, says: "Knowing the immense pressure and challenges our partners are all experiencing, we’ve decided to reroute our budgets for our normal marketing activities across Europe to help them kick start back into business.

"Bringing feature-rich products at market-leading prices is just the beginning and now, with Unlocked, we’re offering much more – for you, for your people and for your business.

"InSync is the new destination for both our existing customers and new ones to discover innovative ways to support their own customers and guide them through these new and financially challenging times, propelling business forward for the AV industry and beyond."

InSync also provides a new home for Philips PDS’ PeopleCount solution which includes capacity management signage that has been developed in conjunction with Bosch Security Systems, NowSignage and other partners.

The solution, can also be integrated into automatic doors, removes the need for additional or redeployed staff to monitor or manage queue outside premises, freeing up staff to focus on customer service.

PeopleCount is now being installed all over Europe, with retailers and restaurants in Spain, Netherlands and Finland already using the technology to protect their staff and customers.
