Bluewater Announces New President
Karin Kruse has been named President of global Swedish water purification business Bluewater.
Kruse will also become the Head of Marketing, in addition to leading sales in all markets outside the USA, China, UK and South Africa.
With a degree in Engineering from the Stockholm Institute of Technology, and a degree in marketing from the IHM Business School in Stockholm, she brings over 20 years of senior management experience, including strategic development and marketing to the new role.
Kruse has previously held positions with Electrolux Home Appliances where she helped to develop innovation in its consumer division and, most recently, with global laundry room manufacturer Nimo-verken, a manufacturer and supplier of drying cabinets for commercial and residential laundry rooms where she served as CEO.
Karin is very much the right leader for Bluewater
Kruse says: “I am hugely excited to join the Bluewater team and believe it has a great mission and business model, as well as a talented management team that uniquely positions us to capitalise on the changing global beverage environment.
“Bluewater is in a position to provide a cost-effective and timely suite of water purification, dispensing, and beverage products to help both consumers and businesses in the HoReCa and event and venues arenas efficiently manage their access to cleaner, healthier, and better tasting water at home, work and on the go.”
Bluewater is owned by Blue, a sustainable investment company headquartered in Stockholm.
