Genesis Homes Inaugurates £250,000 Office with House Building Chief
Neil Jefferson, managing director of the Home Builders Federation (HBF), recently presided over the grand opening of Genesis Homes' new £250,000 headquarters.
The regional developer, led by Chief Executive Officer Nicky Gordon, has established itself as one of the largest homebuilders in the North West of England, with ambitious targets to construct over 170 new properties during the current financial year.
Inaugurating the state-of-the-art office space on the Gilwilly Industrial Estate in Penrith Cumbria, Jefferson praised the company's remarkable growth since its inception in 2017.
He emphasised the pivotal role played by local businesses like Genesis Homes in addressing the country's housing crisis and lauded their contribution to local economies.
The Home Builders Federation represents private sector homebuilders in England and Wales.
The 6,000 square foot two-story building now serves as the spacious and modern headquarters for Genesis Homes' 60-strong workforce.
The company's rising reputation earned them multiple accolades at the prestigious Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards, including the coveted Homebuilder of the Year title.
