ISS UK & Ireland has appointed Martin Wilson to drive transformation of its Key Account Network.
The Key Account Network (KAN) provides a range of facilities management services, including cleaning, maintenance and technical services nationwide, via a team of 3,500 colleagues, to more than 4,000 client sites across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In his new role, Wilson will be instrumental in the delivery of the KAN transformation programme, which aims to strengthen the network’s product offering, attract new talent and raise awareness of its activities both within the group and externally, with clients.
Wilson joined ISS in February 2023 to lead a review of KAN and help the business meet the new challenge of growth in a post-pandemic context.
Prior to joining ISS, he held senior property roles in the Banking and Retail sectors, responsible for global and domestic property portfolios and the full range of FM service lines.

ISS has also appointed Damon Cooper, formerly Interim Managing Director in KAN, to the new role of Technical Performance Director in ISS UK&I’s Government, Health and Education business unit.
