Michelin-starred Chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud's Dinex Group and Aramark's LifeWorks Restaurant Group subsidiary are launching new culinary venture Cuisine Boulud New York with a focus on the business and corporate events, and gala markets in New York State.
Over a 30-plus year event catering career which operated from the kitchen at Restaurant DANIEL, Chef Boulud established a reputation for delivering curated experiences and warm hospitality to the most discerning and diverse clientele.
Now he and the Cuisine Boulud New York team are poised to broaden their offering, to include social events of all kinds, weddings, galas, corporate catering, and workplace amenities, with the ability to serve groups of varying scales.
“I have always taken great pride in catering events and helping to create some of the most joyful moments of our guests’ lives,” says Chef Boulud. “I have wonderful memories of working on some of the grandest events not only in New York City, but also nationally and abroad over the past three decades.

Operations for Cuisine Boulud New York will be based primarily out of a new, state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot kitchen located at SL Green’s One Madison Avenue in Manhattan. Cuisine Boulud New York will also be the exclusive caterer for Le Jardin sur Madison, the recently-opened rooftop event space at One Madison.
