Global data infrastructure provider NetApp has awarded a three-year integrated facilities management (IFM) contract to CBRE for its locations in India.
Totalling 1.07 million square feet, the sites to be managed include the NetApp campus in Bengaluru, and sales offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi.
Services to be delivered under the contract include mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance, transport, cleaning, catering, and support with financial, procurement and budget management.
Amidst the dynamic real estate landscape, facility management emerges as a cornerstone in ensuring the long-term viability of any asset.
The contract is reportedly valued at US $3 million.
