Fisher German Expands Commercial Property Management Expertise

Fisher German has announced new appointments at its offices in Glasgow, Doncaster and Cwmbran.

Chris Carpenter-Beck joins the Cwmbran team which handles over £68.5m worth of client assets across 9.1 million square feet of commercial space and collects more than £48.25 million in rent annually.

He will oversee the firm’s South West portfolio, drawing on over 15 years as a property manager, including on behalf of a supermarket chain.

Carpenter-Beck says: “I’m really pleased to join Fisher German.

After working for the same company for 15 years I knew my next role needed to be the right one, and I was keen to join a firm which offers strong development opportunities.

“I’d already heard of Fisher German, and I’ve been extremely impressed with everything from my initial interactions and the recruitment process to the onboarding.

Everyone in the team is highly knowledgeable and has made it very easy to settle in.

“I’m managing a portfolio of mixed-use industrial estates across the South West, which is an area I have extensive knowledge of.

“It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining Fisher German.

The firm is growing and I’m pleased to be part of this.”

Alan Sweet and Michelle Dove have joined the company's offices in Glasgow and Doncaster respectively.

Gemma Lund, head of commercial property management at Fisher German, adds: “It is fantastic to welcome three new colleagues to provide extra strength and resilience to the team.

“Alan, Michelle and Rebecca all bring a significant amount of knowledge and experience to the business.

“We’ve experienced growth across a number of key clients and have had a number of new instructions right across the areas where we operate which is testament to the quality of the service we provide.

“We will now look to continue this growth as we contribute to the success of the wider business.”
