Impacting on Someone's Day: Women’s Foodservice Forum Recognizes Delaware North 'Change Maker'
Renesha Mundine, director of operations for Delaware North Travel at Midland International Air & Space Port in Texas, has been recognized as a “Change Maker” at the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) Leadership Conference held Feb. 24-26 in Dallas.
Founded in 1989, WFF is a nonprofit professional organization that provides career resources, networking opportunities, development programs and industry research to help women grow their careers and support gender equity in foodservice-related businesses, including restaurants, hospitality, manufacturing and retail.
The 2,600 conference attendees celebrated the 2025 Change Makers class for their emerging leadership, commitment to career advancement and lifting up others in the industry.

Mundine, who has worked in foodservice for more than 15 years, also serves as the Travel subsidiary leader for Black Employee Network (BEN), a Delaware North Team Member Resource Group (TMRG).
Attending the conference were Mundine, Deborah Pratt, director of talent excellence; Nicole Locke, compliance analyst and BEN cofounder; and Kate DelGobbo, business development analyst for Delaware North Travel and cofounder of RISE, a TMRG for women and allies.
