Woodside Energy Expands Cushman & Wakefield IFM and Portfolio Management Relationship to 14 Countries
Cushman & Wakefield has signed a new, five-year Global Outline Agreement with Woodside Energy to deliver integrated real estate solutions at office locations in 14 countries in the APAC, EMEA, Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NOAM) regions.
The property services group will provide Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM), and Project & Development Services (PDS) across Woodside Energy's global footprint.
This appointment reflects our commitment to consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and integrated solutions that unlock long-term value.
The new contract represents a milestone for Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) business, building on a contract awarded by Woodside Energy in 2018 for the delivery of IFM services in Perth, which was expanded in 2022 to include the energy provider's Houston office.
