Evolv Collection Appoints New FM Partner
The Evolv Collection, the hospitality group formerly known as D&D, has entered into a three-year contract with facilities management provider Cloud to boost operational efficiency and compliance across its UK restaurant portfolio.
Evolv operates prominent venues including the German Gymnasium and Coq D’Argent in London, and 20 Stories in Manchester, and the deal with Cloud relates to sites in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
The facility services provider will deliver a full suite of hard FM planned and reactive servies, alongside compliance oversight and capital maintenance planning for Evolv’s restaurants and hotels.
Eleonora Mendes, Maintenance and Property Manager, Evolv, says: “We set out some ambitious goals for 2025-26, with the aim to invest in efficient and responsible operations to enhance our compliance record.
Our new partnership with Cloud will help us accelerate our proactive maintenance plans across our estate.”
The collaboration highlights the growing role of technology in hospitality facilities management, where automation and data-driven insights are increasingly deployed to preserve brand reputation, manage risk and support sustainable growth.
Evolv has ambitious proactive maintenance goals, and we look forward to a close working partnership to further build on their risk and compliance management utilising our in-house technical specialists and robust national supply chain network.
Our experienced FM team will deploy some of the most advanced technology in the market to maximise operational efficiency, deliver a great customer experience, and control spend.”
