UK Investment Bank Shore Capital has released research on Capita this morning ahead of its FY25 Results.
Joe Spooner, Equity Analyst at Shore Capital, comments: "Post December's agreement to hand back the last of the closed book Life & Pensions (CBL&P) contracts to the customer (Royal London), we re-present our adjusted forecasts. The Group reports its adjusted metrics before business exits, activities that CBL&P now transfers to (although the Royal London work will remain within the Group for a multi-year transition period). Capita announces FY25 results on March 10. Beyond the numbers and to gauge the bigger picture, we will be keen to assess any progress towards the three key milestones we are looking for in FY26F."
