Artic Building Services has updated its vehicle fleet to comply with London's new Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
The ULEZ replaced the T-Charge in the Capital on 8 April 2019 and levies a charge on owners of vehicles with harmful levels of emissions.
Artic exchanged several of its fleet of more than 30 vans for the low-emission Peugeot Partners model, and has also introduced measures to encourage more efficient route planning and the removal of excess weight from vehicles to reduce fuel consumption.
The company is also committing to purchasing electric vehicles (EV) in future.
