Polyglass U.S.A. is supporting the international effort to rebuild communities displaced by Hurricane Dorian by donating roofing materials for over 300 buildings.
With the help of several disaster relief organizations, the manufacturer of modified bituminous waterproofing products has supplied more than 5,000 rolls of self-adhering membrane and associated primers to facilitate replacement of temporary blue tarpaulin roofs with permanent structures that will allow electrical repairs on homes and public buildings to start.
Discussing the company's contribution to the relief operation, Michael Rettig of LIFT Non-Profit Disaster Logistics, said:

"It was great to work with a diverse group of non-profits, including customary transportation providers, yachts and landing crafts to coordinate and deliver the donations to some of the most difficult to reach areas in the Bahamas."
