Sodexo's SMS tool which is implemented at over 2,000 sites in 48 countries provides teams with a consistent way of assessing their performance in delivering soft facilities management services via a transparent, and easy-to-use online portal.
For site managers and service managers, the customisable tool provides a host of mobile and desktop applications to support the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day management as well as talent management (and remote training tools and access to employees' training records, in particular).
