Houston & Hawkes have been selected for a hospitality and catering contract at Belmont House, a multi-tenanted office building in Uxbridge, west London, owned by asset manager Aviva Investors.
Under the five-year contract, the caterer will provide café, hospitality and free issue services with menu options including made-on-site cakes and bakes, freshly blended juices, and a range of hot and cold grab and go - alongside barista coffee and speciality teas.
Announcing the award, Julian Cobourne, Senior Asset Manager at Aviva Investors, said: "Following a competitive review, we selected Houston & Hawkes due to their passion and innovative approach in creating a café concept that would enhance our tenants’ experience at The Belmont Building.
They spent time to understand our requirements and built a tailored solution that stood out.
Their fresh, seasonal, and personalised approach has been evident throughout the design and mobilisation process and it has been fabulous to have received such positive feedback from our tenants."
