Atlas Security is partnering with charity Action for Children which operates across the United Kingdom to protect vulnerable young people by providing practical and emotional care and support.
Between 2021 and 2022, the charity helped 671,275 children, young people and families, bringing lasting improvements to their lives.
The collaboration follows an 'Employee Happiness Survey' which identified supporting a children's charity as the most popular choice presented to Atlas employees.
Under the collaboration, staff from the private security company will support fundraising events including The 2023 TCS London Marathon where a team of runners will be raising sponsorship funds, by donating and volunteering.
Additionally, employees will compete in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in May, where Atlas is putting together a team, with participants encouraged to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship funding to support its cause.
In June, Atlas will also volunteer its security services for FestivALL, an inaugural music festival for children and families supported by the charity.
