Cook up an Easter Feast in your Air Fryer!

Easter Lamb Roast – four air fryer recipes to wow your family this Easter 

Lamb Chops with Lemon (Prep time: 10 minutes + 4 hours marinating time, Cooking time: 25 minutes) 

Ingredients 

Method 

Peel the garlic and mince together finely into a paste.

Add lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of olive oil -item wp:list-item

  • Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture in the fridge for 4 hours

  • Insert your grill plate to your air fryer and preheat for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Once the grill plate is nice and hot, place the lamb chops on the grill plate for that satisfying sizzle.

    Roasted Butternut Squash (Prep time: 15 minutes, Cooking time: 25 minutes) 

    Ingredients 

    Method 

    Remove the seeds, peel and cut the flesh into 2.5cm cubes -item wp:list-item

  • Place the cubes in a bowl and add the garlic, bay leaves and olive oil.
  • Seasoning with salt and pepper and mix well to ensure all cubes are covered -item wp:list-item

  • Place the butternut squash in the bowl and cook on air fry at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Potato Gratin (Prep time: 20 minutes, Cooking time: 20 minutes) 

    Ingredients 

    Method 

    First, create a layer of potato slices completely covering the bottom of the tray.

    Sprinkle over a third of the onions, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

    Many don’t realise that air fryers can whip up much more for you and your family than just chips and fish fingers.

  • Insert the standard plate into your appliance and put the potatoes on top.
