Mechanical and electrical (M&E) services provider Jaguar have retained 150 Cheapside and 2 Gresham Street in the City for a fixed period of 3 years following successful retenders.
150 Cheapside is a 9-storey office building overlooking St.
Paul's Cathedral which has been managed by the same team at Jaguar since becoming part of the hard services provider's portfolio in 2012.
2 Gresham Street occupies a prominent, 180,000 sq. ft location in London EC2, and offers tenants a 4,000 sq. ft communal roof terrace and gardens with stunning panoramic views.
Jaguar will be providing full remobilisation and asset verification at both properties, with tagging of new assets to include PDAs.
