ISS has selected Kasper Fangel as Group CEO following the resignation of former incumbent Jacob Aarup-Andersen in March.
The appointment takes effect from 1st September when Fangel will assume responsibility for the execution of the facility services provider's OneISS strategy.
Currently Group Chief Financial Officer, Fangel has played a central role in a divestment and restructuring programme introduced after the group reported losses, and has contributed to refocusing the 'scope' of its operations globally.
ISS chair, Niels Smedegaard, says: "We are delighted to welcome Kasper to the role of our new Group CEO.
His focus will be to continue the execution of the OneISS strategy that will deliver the best possible outcomes for all our stakeholders.
He is fully committed to deliver on our strategy, ambitions, and financial targets for the future.

Jacob Aarup-Andersen will remain at ISS until 31 August 2023 and will assist with onboarding Fangel to ensure a smooth succession.
ISS has initiated a search process for a new Group CFO which will consider internal as well as external candidates.
