In a collaborative effort involving SWARCO, Intech Solutions, and Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS), Wolverhampton City Council's urban traffic control centre (UTC) has undergone a technological transformation with the latest advancements in video wall display and controller technology.
Given their established history of working with the city council, Intech Solutions was tasked with providing an advanced video wall solution for the UTC.
This solution needed to integrate cutting-edge technology and offer enhanced functionality, accommodating the simultaneous display of multiple data sources alongside CCTV imagery.
Leveraging their established partnership, Intech Solutions collaborated closely with UVS to delineate the detailed specifications.
Wolverhampton UTC, its traffic systems integrator SWARCO, and Intech Solutions conducted a meticulous evaluation of the proposed technology.

The newly implemented video wall features a configuration of 15 (5x3) 55-inch Barco Unisee bezel-less displays.
The UVS Lucidity WBC90 video wall controller facilitates a diverse array of source inputs, including workstation HDMI, collaboration devices, 140x IP video stream decoding and display, web page data, and dynamic message box information.
