Strabag Building and Industrial Services GmbH has completed a merger with its parent company, Strabag Property and Facility Services (Strabag PFS).
The company, which formerly traded as DIW Instandhaltung following the 2014 acquisition of the DIW Group by Strabag PFS and its rebranding to Strabag Building and Industrial Services in 2021.
At the time of the acquisition, the DIW Group employed approximately 6,000 personnel and reported annual revenues of € 175 million a year, of which three-quarters were generated in Germany with the remainder being generated from nine locations in Austria.
The group's principal service capabilities included specialised industrial cleaning, and the provision of engineering and technical (hard) FM services to a manufacturing client base.
