Generator Group Achieves Record EUR 225M Revenues
Lifestyle hospitality platform, and developer and operator of multiple lodging assets in Europe and North America Generator Group, has increased its revenues from EUR 180M in 2019 to a record EUR 225M, also achieving EBITDA of EUR 75M (compared to EUR 50M in 2019).
Owned by Queensgate Investments, Generator Group consists of 21 hotels, totalling nearly c. 12k beds across 17 tier one cities and 10 countries.
All Generator properties are independently branded and operated by an in-house management team.
The group markets the safety and affordability of its accommodation which attract Millennials in city centre locations across Europe and the United States.
Properties typically feature vibrantly designed F&B and night club areas to entertain visitors and non hotel guests alike.
Generator Group with its unique business model winning on both top line and bottom line is now at a unique inflection point to expand on both an asset heavy and asset light basis.
The group credits its shared rooms model with optimising revenues; as well as an integrated real estate, operations and IP platform for maximising cash margins.
