Kramer Electronics has announced a new addition to its ‘new look’ senior leadership team with the appointment of Lukasz Czajkowski as EMEA Customer Service Director.
Based at the group's EMEA HQ in Amstelveen, Netherlands, Czajkowski brings a wealth of senior experience to the Kramer team, having held top-level customer support, care and experience-focused positions at several leading global organisations including IBM, Unisys, and Sonos, where he spent more than 15-years.
Reporting to Peter Baxter, Senior Vice President (SVP) EMEA, Czajkowski will be responsible for refreshing and overseeing the customer service operations which are a key part of the AV company’s ongoing business transformation.
Czajkowski’s specific responsibilities will include developing and executing new and innovative measures to enhance customer satisfaction, nurture new and existing relationships, increase brand loyalty and generate new sales and service opportunities.

Working with partners including Sony, Jabra and Netgear, Kramer delivers complete meeting room solutions for the corporate, education, entertainment, healthcare and government sectors.
Czajkowski is the latest high-profile addition to Kramer’s growing and evolving senior EMEA executive team.
Other recent appointees include Brooke Ellingworth (Director of EMEA Channel), Giancarlo Aletti and Davide De Letteriis (Area Sales Managers, Italy), and Gerrit Lipgens (Regional Manager, DACH).
Kramer will be exhibiting its Audio-Visual ecosystem platform at ISE 2024 in Barcelona where Czajkowski and the EMEA team will be in attendance.
