Experienced corporate real estate veteran Troy Pollet has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director in Los Angeles.
A top producing broker for a global real estate firm and former partner with a regional owner-operator, Pollet will representing corporate clients and investors locally and nationally.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Pollet was a partner at Cruzan, a vertically integrated owner-operator focused on acquiring and repositioning office and industrial assets throughout the West Coast.

Based in Los Angeles, he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm.
Pollet previously spent 10 years as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE focusing on institutional agency leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation.
While at CBRE, he was consistently a top producer and was named 'National Rookie of the Year'.
He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
