SFMI judges praised the group's internal wellbeing programme WellMe which promotes 'five pillars of wellness' as employee goals.
Assessments by the SFMI also highlighted the impact of the group's transformation into an employee-owned business in 2023, which means 53 per cent of the company's shares are now held by an 'Employee Ownership Trust'.
