Polyteck Included in Communities & Housing Procurement Framework

Polyteck has been selected for inclusion in the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium's (CHIC) four-year framework for kitchen and bathroom renewals.

The CHIC framework is designed to assist members in upgrading kitchens and bathrooms that have reached the end of their life cycles, ensuring that housing stock remains in top condition.

As part of this framework, Polyteck will deliver a comprehensive range of services, including the repair, maintenance, supply, and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, and toilets. The company will also manage related tasks such as electrical work, facility extraction, material and debris removal, structural alterations, and the installation of new units. Upon completion, each project will undergo rigorous testing and certification to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.

This selection underscores our commitment to quality and dependable service.

CHIC, a not-for-profit, member-owned, and governed asset management consortium, provides extensive services to members in the affordable housing sector, public sector bodies, and charities. Through its procurement and contract support solutions, CHIC aims to deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and added social value. The consortium, with over 280 members, supports the management and improvement of more than 3.2 million homes across the UK.

John Polycarpou, Polyteck Building Services chairman, comments: "We are proud to be included in CHIC's four-year kitchen and bathroom renewals framework. This selection underscores our commitment to quality and dependable service."

Earlier this year, Polyteck was named as one of the ten suppliers for Fusion21's 346 million, four-year Building Improvements Framework renewal.
