Cushman & Wakefield has appointed top-performing office brokerage professionals Brian Lagomarsino and Chad Arnold as Executive Directors of its corporate real estate team in East Bay-Walnut Creek, Northern California.
The duo bring almost 50 years of combined experience in Office Sales, Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation. Together, they have completed more than 1,200 transactions totaling over US $1.5 billion in value and 11.5 million square feet.

Arnold and Lagomarsino join Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers, where they each spent the last 24 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice Presidents in the firm's Pleasanton office. Arnold has also previously worked in Colliers' Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. market.
