JLL Extends WPS Facilities Management Contract for Aviva Investors Portfolio

WPS has secured a significant new contract extension to deliver hard facilities management, planned and reactive maintenance services, and project work across a diverse portfolio on behalf of Aviva Investors, managed by JLL.

The contract spans 32 sites, including commercial offices, retail parks, industrial units, and a two major shopping centres.

It builds on a decade-long partnership between WPS and JLL, underpinned by shared values of quality service delivery, innovation, and resilience.

Aviva Investors, JLL and WPS have long recognised that the workplace should be more than just a place to work – it should be a destination that supports wellbeing, encourages collaboration, and the energy transition.

We believe facilities management is about more than just maintenance – it’s about creating environments where people and businesses thrive.

We do that through our agile and curious-minded teams who always strive to get the best out of buildings – from enhancing workplace wellbeing to introducing innovative technologies to reduce energy consumption.

“We’re excited to continue our journey with JLL and Aviva Investors, helping to shape spaces that support wellbeing, community, and environmental responsibility.”

James Lewars, FM Workplace Director for JLL, adds: “We’re pleased to be working with WPS to support the performance and resilience of the Aviva Investors UK property portfolio.

This partnership reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable spaces that meet the needs of investors, occupiers and communities.”
