Compass Group's integrated facilities management business 14forty has appointed Andrew Nichol as Director of Hard Services.
Nichol has more than 30 years of experience as an operational leader across both client and contractor roles.
He joins 14forty at a pivotal time for the business with a remit to expand self-delivered Hard FM and Total Facilities Management (TFM) services under guidance from Managing Director, Antony Collett who says: "Andrew's appointment is a key strategic step for 14forty.

The facilities services provider currently delivers Hard FM services to a third of its client base and is projecting significant potential growth from internal expansion and new business opportunities.
