Eric Wright Facilities Management (EWFM) has made two board-level director appointments to support the implementation of its new Securing Our Future agenda vision for enhancing service delivery within the UK's LIFT facilities and PFI projects market.
With a focus on strengthening both commercial and technical capabilities, the EWFM Board is committed to reinforcing its position in existing markets while broadening its service offering to meet evolving client needs.
As part of the integration of its Building Consultancy division, Drew Hird has been appointed Technical Director. This expansion of technical leadership significantly enhances EWFM's ability to deliver high-value consultancy services including design, project management, contract administration, asset management planning for contract expiry, change-of-use solutions, and specialist support for clients on their net-zero carbon journey. Drew's team will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical strategy as clients face increasingly complex lifecycle and sustainability challenges.
To further strengthen strategic decision-making and commercial discipline, Roger Lancaster has been appointed to the Board as Commercial Director. Roger will focus on driving commercial performance, ensuring a robust and risk-assessed approach to work winning, and supporting the company's wider growth strategy as it manages the transition of long-term PFI and LIFT contracts.
