Pareto FM Refocuses Under Expanding Leadership Team

Pareto FM is repositioning itself to better reflect its commitment to delivering engineering and facilities services across the UK and Ireland, as it announces additions to its executive team and a new marketing tagline.

Established in 2014, the facilities and workplace services provider is recognised for its agility, technical capability and partnership-led approach. In 2024, the group acquired Sowga, an established provider of mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services to further strengthen its self-delivery, technical services and compliance capabilities, and support the multi-service requirements of complex estates.

Our evolution allows us to stay agile and enhance our capability while maintaining the partnership and flexibility our clients value.

Commenting on the introduction of the new marketing tagline, "Ahead of the Curve", Chief Executive Officer James Clarke, says: "This is an important milestone for Pareto. We've assembled an exceptional leadership team that combines technical depth, commercial insight, and operational experience, all focused on one goal: delivering even greater value for our clients."

Clarke has been joined by experienced executives Kelly Holt (CCO) and Will Metcalfe (COO), with company founder Andrew Hulbert continuing to play a strategic role as Vice-Chair, and ensuring continuity of the culture and values that remain central to Pareto's success

Holt adds: "This next chapter is about people, the insight that drives our decisions and the teams that deliver every day.

"Our evolution allows us to stay agile and enhance our capability while maintaining the partnership and flexibility our clients value. It's a natural progression that keeps us aligned to what our clients need today and in the future."
