25% of Beirut's Point A sold off-plan

Antonios Projects to commence excavation works for Point A project in French Embassy District of Beirut.

Real estate developer, Antonios Projects, has announced excavation work is to begin at its Point A office development in the French Embassy (Achrafieh) District of Beirut.

Completion is expected in October 2015, with the company revealing that 25 per cents of units have been sold off-plan to local professionals through real estate consultancy, Prime Consult, which has been appointed to market the project.

Designed by Ghawi Group, the building will occupy 14 floors and include a communal terrace; in addition to underground parking capacity for 200 cars.

Point A is located within close proximity to the Grand Lycée Franco-Libanais de Beyrouth and is in close proximity of Beirut International Airport.
