"Something a Bit Different”

Smart Wall Paint wins "Facilities Management Product of the Year" award at the European Office Products Awards (EOPA) 2014.

Smart Wall Paint is delighted to announce it has won the "Facilities Management Product of the Year" award at the European Office Products Awards (EOPA) 2014.

The company's Dry Erase Whiteboard Paint was described by the panel of judges as "something a bit different".

The product transforms interior spaces into temporary canvases for creativity and collaboration, and may be applied to a variety of spaces and substrates; including walls, doors, glass fixtures, desks and office furniture.

At the awards ceremony, Smart Wall Paint's Ronan Clarke said: "we are a fast-growing company and the brand recognition and credibility an award like this brings us is incredible", before adding the company is excited to see what the future will bring.

Smart Wall Paint is not new to the awards scene having been the recipient of two other awards, including the 2013 David Manley Business Category Awards and the 2013 PricewaterhouseCoopers Docklands Innovation Awards.

The winners of the 13th European Office Products Awards (EOPA) were announced at a presentation dinner in Amsterdam on 5th March. The awards are firmly established as the ultimate accolade for businesses operating in Europe, and recognise commercial performance, innovation and professionalism within the office products industry.

The company beat off strong competition to win the category award: other finalists included Fellowes (AeraMax Air Purifiers), Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions (Vileda 1-2 Spray Mop), Kimberly-Clark Professional (Healthy Workplace Project), Nestlé (Nestlé Big Biscuit Box), and Tesa (Powerbond Ultra Strong).

The EOPA 2014 presentation dinner was expertly hosted by John Simonett and this year's industry toast was given by last year's Industry Achievement winner, Marcel Ringeard of Pilot.
