CAPITAL PROPERTIES STRENGTHENS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENT
Innovative property management firm, Capital Properties, is developing its facilities management division with the appointment of Liz Foster as Facilities Management Director.
Liz, whose previous roles at GlaxoWellcome, Vodafone, PricewaterhouseCoopers and major service providers gave her the opportunity to manage a number of high profile assets including the BBC buildings within Media City, will be the driving force behind the establishment of Capital Properties' dedicated facilities management department. Under the leadership of Liz, the facilities management team will continue to deliver the high standards of service associated with Capital Properties, as well as increase the efficiencies of the facilities management systems, procedures and analytics for its clients.
Mark Burgess, Managing Director of Capital Properties, comments: "While we are working to develop all areas of the business, we understand that facilities management is part of our bread and butter and it's extremely important for us to have a dedicated, structured team in place. We're delighted that Liz has joined to head up the department as her wealth of experience in the sector will be invaluable."
The company, who undertakes property management services for the likes of Stanhope, Aerium, and Tristan Capital, has gone from strength to strength, opening offices in London and Birmingham in the last year. The company's creative arm, Capital Life, which specializes in placemaking has been one of the major catalysts for this growth as developers and landowners recognize the value in building communities around their sites.
