CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has been appointed by the developer Sunrise Capital Ltd, to begin leasing and marketing retail space at Sunrise City in Naberezhniye Chelny, Russia.
The mixed-use complex comprises retail space, namely a 32,000 sq m shopping and entertainment centre including parking for 1000 vehicles, and corporate (10,000 sq m) and residential space (housing 3000 people). Upon opening in 2016, the shopping arcade will have 100 stores including fashion, cosmetic and children's outlets, alongside a supermarket, and the top floor will seat cafes, restaurants and an entertainment area.
Naberezhniye Chelny is home to 500,000 people, with half in close proximity to Sunrise City. In addition, the location benefits from first class transport links including its position next to a major highway.
