Extension of Software Consulting Services to the United States

Guus de Nijs, owner of MACS announced today the founding of MACS USA to expand its services to its expanding international client base.

MACS was founded in 1998 and provides Asset Management, IT Service Management and Facilities Management software and consulting services to clients throughout Europe. The expansion will enable MACS to service its multi-national clients with local services and support and to expand both European and US operations.

MACS US will be managed by Tim Bartmann who has almost 30 years' experience in implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, specifically IBM® Maximo® as well as managing consulting operations.

Tim has developed strong relationships with clients, partners and consultants in the US for 16 years and MACS has a very optimistic outlook for growth in the US. We understand that industry specific knowledge is critical in any consulting and such industry specific focus will be a core principle of our approach.

Many of our management and consulting staff are alumni of the original developers of Maximo®, PSDI, MRO and IBM.
