MoU Between ISS and Barclays

ISS and Barclays have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) over the extension of the facility services provider's largest global contract.

ISS has announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to extend its global agreement for the delivery of integrated facility services to the majority of Barclays' sites across the world.

Under the heads of terms, ISS will negotiate an extension of the relationship with Barclays until the end of 2022. Barclays is currently ISS's largest contract. As part of the terms, ISS will continue to deliver integrated facility services (IFS) to approximately 1,600 Barclays sites in 35 countries.
ISS began working with Barclays in October 2012, providing an integrated facility services solution in the UK & Ireland, Continental Europe, the Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Commenting on the development, Jeff Gravenhorst, ISS Group CEO, said:
"We are proud and honoured by the opportunity to extend the agreement with Barclays, which is a very special customer for ISS. The extension is testament to the level of trust and the partnership we have built with Barclays over the last five years.
"Everyone at ISS who is involved in this extension is fully committed to continuing the growth of this relationship and collaborating further to exceed Barclays expectations."

ISS will issue a separate company announcement, when a final and binding extension agreement between the parties has been concluded.

ISS is in regular dialogue with all major customers to develop the relationships and meet their evolving needs. Currently, we are in dialogue with a few major, global customers whose contracts are expected to be re-negotiated during 2017.
