Town Centre Securities Appoints G&H Maintenance
Following a successful tender, G&H Maintenance will oversee the Merrion Centre's main shopping mall and the 11-storey Wade House office block.
The recently refurbished six-storey Town Centre House - the only building in Leeds city centre with a BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainability - will also be maintained.
The work will see pre-planned preventative and reactive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical services.
G&H Maintenance will also ensure the site is fully compliant with current regulations and issue certification of services such as natural gas, refrigeration and water hygiene.
Two resident engineers from G&H Maintenance will be situated onsite to project manage the work.
Director at G&H Maintenance, David Ridsdale, said:
